GM Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection is confusing. Several visits before for oil changes, Diesel Exhaust Fluid was topped off and I was charged. Last visit, the fluid level was below 1/2 on the gage, yet the chart was checked off as green. So what do the colors, green, yellow, red actually tell the customer? Wouldn't it be accurate to check it off as yellow? Spent 15 minutes discussing with the service manager the drooping front license plate bracket before leaving the vehicle (bracket vibrates in a cross wind while driving). When I was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup, my concern about the license plate bracket was forgotten. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for serviceman to review the issue. End result is the issue could not be resolved and another appointment will have to be scheduled.

The noise from the water pump is gone, sounds good now, and i have all my fan speeds back on the fan blower. There is no noticeable difference from the left front hub . Mechanic did a good job.. When the "Check Tires" flashed as I pulled into the grocery store parking lot in Washington, the first thing I did was to call the Service Dept. in Eureka and speak to Ryan. Not missing a beat, he said, "Come on in and we'll check it out for you." It turned out to be a dead senor, which they immediately changed for me. Over the years, the Service Dept. there has helped me so many times when something has gone wrong & I freak out! They have always worked me into the schedule, and I am so very grateful for that. God bless you all for taking care of an old lady that knows nothing about cars.
